Steel punch (H13) has high hardenability and high toughness, excellent resistance to thermal cracking, and can be water-cooled in working conditions, providing high wear resistance. The surface hardness is improved through carburizing or nitriding processes. Due to its low carbon content, it has resistance to softening at higher temperatures, with a working temperature range of 650℃-720℃. The deformation during heat treatment is small, significantly improving the life of the punch, demolding speed, and casting strength, overcoming the adhesion and erosion of metal liquid slag on the punch, improving the surface quality of castings, and reducing production costs.
