Internal spray injection rod

When the internal lubrication injection rod enters the injection chamber, it is controlled by the electric control PLC, and the hammer tracking and spraying mode is adopted. Because the nozzle adopts the oblique spray mode, the lubricant can directly act on the punch and the inner wall of the molten cup, so that the injection head (punch) can run back and forth more smoothly on the inner wall of the molten cup, and play a better protection role for the injection chamber and the injection head.

It is more environmentally friendly. Because of the precise spraying, the amount of oil used is reduced, and the smoke generated by metal solution contacting the lubricating oil is reduced, thus increasing the product qualification rate.

Process improvement is simple. The above effect can be achieved only by changing the injection rod.
