The spring internal support type variable diameter high-seal ring punch is a new patented product launched by our company. The product structure adopts the design principle of piston rings, allowing the dynamic injection of the punch to achieve a high-seal state.
In the entire structure of the punch, its ring seat and connecting sleeve play a fixed role, using 14.9 grade bolts to connect the ring seat and connecting sleeve, ensuring that each ring remains securely fastened during the injection process.
The head ring adopts a closed ring structure without openings, its main function is to seal the aluminum during the injection process. The two middle copper rings are designed with openings, serving two purposes.
1. The copper rings have an outward tension under the action of the inclined spring, which provides a better sealing effect.
2. The copper rings have a certain supporting force under the tension of the inclined spring, allowing them to fit closely with the compression chamber, thereby reducing the friction between the steel ring and the inner wall of the compression chamber during injection, which helps to reduce wear on the inner wall and increase the lifespan of the compression chamber.
The tail ring is designed with an opening, its function is to carry out debris from the inner wall of the compression chamber when the punch retracts after stamping under the action of the inclined spring, ensuring that debris does not remain and better guarantees product quality.
