The steel ring installed on the double ring aluminum liquid filled punch can continuously and stably compensate for the fitting gap between the steel ring and the melting cup under the action of aluminum liquid during the die-casting process, reducing the contact area between the sealing aluminum water and the melting cup. This avoids issues like traditional punches where the contact surface with the melting cup is large, which can easily lead to jamming. It plays a compensatory role for die-casting equipment with poor injection concentricity. Additionally, the double ring copper ring is always in close contact with the inner wall of the injection chamber, and the sealing state achieved by this method can stably reduce vacuum values and improve product quality.
