Traditional cylindrical punches have a low lifespan, are prone to metal liquid backflow, exacerbate barrel wear, and cannot effectively complete production tasks on large tonnage die casting machines. They are difficult to use for producing large, complex, and thin-walled products, resulting in a high scrap rate and increased production costs for enterprises.
The new type of ring punch, especially those with a diameter of over 130, has the ring's expansion force and the pressure of the aluminum liquid keeping the ring tightly adhered to the inner wall of the pressing chamber, achieving a high sealing state and greatly improving the production qualification rate of complex structures and thin-walled products.
