When the internal lubrication injection rod enters the injection chamber, it is controlled by an electronic control PLC and sprayed using a hammer head tracking method. Due to the oblique spraying method of the nozzle, the lubricant can directly act on the punch and the inner wall of the melting cup, making the injection head (punch) run back and forth more smoothly on the inner wall of the melting cup, providing better protection for the injection chamber and injection head.
