Internal circulation constant temperature melting cup

Details
Our company's improved internal circulation constant temperature melting cup has the pouring port direction in the melting cup's middle and bottom, using 4 inlet and 4 outlet water paths, forming a total of 8 internal cooling water paths. On the fixed mold side of the melting cup, a drilled perforation method is used to create an annular water channel, allowing the cooling water to circulate around the pressing chamber. By controlling the water flow speed, it can effectively control the impact of uneven thermal diffusion in the entire melting cup, keeping the overall temperature around 180°C.

The internal circulation constant temperature melting cup optimizes the traditional cooling water jacket method, reduces welding processes, and avoids the risk of cracking and leaking at the welding points between the water jacket and pressing chamber due to thermal expansion and contraction during use. This method enhances the protective capability for the pressing chamber, providing a favorable guarantee for continuously stable production of qualified products.
